Until July, the Ministry of Absorption 15.29% state-owned New Budget
Absorption Ministry budget of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) are very low, only 15.29% or Rp 25.4 billion to the budget-P 2010 per July 31, 2010.
Though this year's SOE Ministry has requested additional budget in the APBN-P 2010, from Rp 114.2 billion to Rp 166.2 billion, an increase of Rp 52 billion.
According to SOE Minister Mustafa Abubakar, there are still some obstacles that cause the low absorption of the budget in the Ministry of SOEs.
"Most of the program targets achieved above 50% of the planned programs, even some programs have been completely resolved," he said during a meeting with House Commission VI at the Parliament Building, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday (06/09/2010).
According to some constraints in absorbing the budget among other things, the tender process is still ongoing in some activity other than that the new consultants work at an early stage so that there is no bill.
Mustafa added that another obstacle is the process of opening an asterisk on new office equipment procurement budget for completion in mid-August, which is currently in the tendering process was also shopping honoraria related to the output activity is still largely unrealized.
He said the additional budget ceiling of USD 52 billion that will be used for building renovation activities amounted to USD 32 billion are currently in the bidding process while preparing the roadmap SOEs amounted to Rp 15 billion and Mapping Study of SOE assets amounted to USD 5 billion can not be implemented because it is still discussed in Banggar.
