Kemenkeu Reject Employee Remuneration Ministry of SOE in 2011
Proposal of the Ministry of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) got the budget of Rp 227.5 billion in 2011 was rejected by the Ministry of Finance and National Planning Board and approved only as much as Rp 140.78 billion. Proposed budget of Rp 227.5 billion budget plan that is included in remuneration.
Thus it was disclosed by Minister of State Owned Mustafa Abubakar, in a working meeting with the House of Representatives Commission VI on the House MPR / DPR, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday (09/06/2010).
"Initially we proposed budget for the year 2011 amounted to USD 227.5 billion, including employee remuneration budget plan. However, after discussions with the Ministry of Finance and National Planning Board, the baseline budget approved by the Ministry of SOEs in 2011 only amounted to USD 140.787 billion," he said.
He said totak year 2011 budget amounting to Rp 140.787 billion will be divided to two courses, the Program Management and Implementation Support Other Technical Duties Ministry of SOEs amounted to Rp 74.87 billion and the Program of State Owned Enterprises Rp 65.91 billion.
In addition to the remuneration of employees, the proposed budget of Rp 227.5 billion, it also includes funds to replace four-wheeled vehicles is relatively old. According to him, out of 75 vehicles which are there, some have been outstanding for more than 10 years so maintenance costs are relatively higher.
In addition, continued funding SOE Ministry office building renovation, which includes fire safety systems that are not in accordance with applicable regulations and reimbursement of the outer skin of the building (cladding).
Also lay out the building that is not compliant with the standard layout of government buildings in general, outside yard work and electrical work (cable link, capacitor banks, and generators).
Ministry of SOEs will also need funds for Revised Law. 19 of 2003 on SOEs that have been listed in the 2010 Legislation.(Ang / dnl)
